Join us for a screening of AMERICAN FAMILY followed by an inspiring conversation, as our panel explores the family’s story and discusses the realities & driving forces of migration through an interdisciplinary lens and with a focus on human rights.

Anike Tourse’s new feature film, AMERICAN FAMILY, tells the story of the multiple hardships that five members of a family face after an immigration raid on their home over the Thanksgiving holiday. While each family member fights to return to each other, they also embark on a journey of self-realization, discovering that their commitment to their family and faith in one another is much stronger than they think.
