We’re proud to partner with our friends at the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Miami to offer a special presentation of the exciting new comedic drama, ZORO’S SOLO. Thanks to their support, we’re able to offer this film to you for FREE from Friday, October 23rd through Sunday, October 25th!

Zoro is a 13-year-old refugee from Afghanistan living in an emergency shelter in Germany and dealing with a frosty relationship with the citizens of the town. When he learns that a local Christian boys’ choir will be touring to Hungary, where his father was left stranded in a cruel camp, he plots to join the choir. His singing talent is exceptional, but he will have to overcome his sharp clash or personalities with the strict choir master. Featuring beautiful cinematography, sharp performances, and a pitch-perfect mix of humor and pathos, ZORO’S SOLO is a notable feature debut for director Martin Busker.

After you’ve enjoyed your free screening, please join us in watching a conversation with director Martin Busker and Consul General Andreas Siegel as they discuss the current events & refugee crisis that lead to the creation of ZORO’S SOLO.
