'A Heartfelt Journey of Love and Loss' with a Q&A!

A heartfelt coming-of-age comedy about a boy caught between belief and belonging.
Thirteen-year-old Ethan Bloom should be studying for his bar mitzvah, but instead he’s secretly drawn to the rituals of the Catholic church, where he seeks comfort with Father Diaz (Carlos Ponce).
As he drifts further from his Jewish roots, Ethan leans on the unexpected guidance of a free-spirited rabbi (Rachelle Lefevre), the steady if imperfect love of his father (Joshua Malina), and the dizzying thrill of a first crush — a cowboy-boot-wearing girl who isn’t afraid to pin him in a headlock.
Forced to face the grief and half-truths he’s been carrying, Ethan begins to understand that faith isn’t about picking one path over another, but about embracing every complicated, beautiful part of himself.
