HOPE

A tiger attack. That's all it's supposed to be. In the remote village of Hope Harbor, near the fortified edge of the Korean DMZ, police chief Bum-seok (Hwang Jung-min) and rookie officer Sung-ae (Hoyeon) are called out to investigate dead cattle and a suspected predator on the loose. Deep in the surrounding forest, a local hunting party led by Sung-ki (Zo In-sung) sets out to track the creature down, only to realize they're the ones being hunted. What starts as a routine emergency spirals fast, and what the town is really facing has nothing to do with any animal anyone has ever seen before.

From Na Hong-jin, the acclaimed director of The Chaser, The Yellow Sea, and The Wailing, comes his first film in a decade, a bruising, full-throttle creature epic that explodes from grounded thriller into full-blown sci-fi spectacle.
