MBC Interactive Archive Project:“AMERICAN INDIE DEBUTS OF THE 1980s – Masters of Jewish Cinema”(Presented by the Miami Beach Film Society)In 1982 when lower Manhattan was in the midst of serving as a vibrant drifter central for the world, Susan Seidelman’s Smithereens tells the story of a young punk named Wren who lived it.
