Overview
Based on Lizzy Goodman’s explosive 2017 oral history of the same name, MEET ME IN THE BATHROOM is an eclectic, engrossing journey through the explosive music scene of early 2000’s NYC.Featuring never-before-seen archival footage and interviews, this pulse-pounding documentary from Will Lovelace and Dylan Southern (SHUT UP AND PLAY THE HITS ) explores the cultural, technological and political transformations of that turbulent era, as seen through the prism of era-defining indie bands like The Strokes, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Interpol, The Moldy Peaches, The Rapture and LCD Soundsystem – bands who would soon define the sound of a generation.
